does it have affiliations with, any properties. Maintaining an independent,
non-biased site selection position allows CONFERENCEsource to creatively
search for best venues and negotiate best deals based on client needs
and budgets throughout the US.

Contract Negotiation
Negotiating contracts is what sets CONFERENCEsource apart from the competition.
Our founder, Kelly Murphy, spent 15 years in sales positions at Marriott
Hotels, Loews Hotels, The Brown Palace, Vail Resorts, and East West Resorts
culminating at the Director Level before starting her own business. She
has been involved with the widest range of clauses, deals and concessions
asked for and negotiated. She now uses her experience leading her team
to secure the most ideal contracts for clients. Our focus in contract
negotiation is to include clauses that protect our clients. And CONFERENCEsource
makes sure that clients fully understand and approve of the contracts
